Fairchild Truepath Ventures LLC, d/b/a Fairchild Engineers & Builders provides engineering and design services in accordance with the requirements of the Colorado State Board of Licensure for Architects, Professional Engineers, and Professional Land Surveyors (DORA)

All professional engineering services performed by FE&B are conducted under the responsible charge of a duly licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado.

For projects requiring engineering design and sealed deliverables:

• A Colorado-licensed Professional Engineer is designated as Engineer of Record (EOR)

• The EOR maintains direct supervision, oversight, and control of all engineering work

• The EOR is responsible for review, coordination, and final approval of all engineering deliverables

• No engineering documents are issued for construction without appropriate professional review and sealing by the EOR

FE&B operates as a multidisciplinary consulting firm providing coordination, design development, and project delivery services. All engineering services are performed in compliance with applicable state laws, professional standards, and ethical obligations governing the practice of engineering.

FE&B does not represent that unlicensed individuals are authorized to practice engineering. All services requiring licensure are performed under the supervision and authority of a licensed Professional Engineer.
